I've been working in marketing for 15 years, and SEO for over 10 years. You've probably seen the names on my homepage, like Fujitsu, Wales Millennium Centre and the CBI. But what is it really like to work with me?
If I had to choose three words to describe my way of working they'd be dependable, honest and collaborative.
I'm generally curious - I love to learn and understand people's challenges. Solving problems and working out solutions, then implementing them, that really excites me.
Over the years I have learned to be direct and to be clear in communication, and happy to challenge and disagree where needed. I only can operate from authenticity and genuine relationships with good people.
I like to build relationships with open communication, with space for humour and lightness. I often see my clients as great friends and am invested in the success of everyone I work with.
Personally, I love to cook (indoors and outdoors), work out at the gym and eat brunch (which is clearly the best meal of the day). I am also a dad of three and a husband. I am very passionate about personal development and growth.
